Impact Etching
We believe diamond etching is a better fit for memorial etching than laser. It does not require that
the granite is black and it penetrates much deeper than laser giving a much brighter finish than laser
which just burns the surface of the granite. Setting up the etching machine is significantly more
straight forward than a laser system. The head automatically controls the height of the diamond tip,
the location is easy to set using the accurate variable speed motors.
Goldmann Sandblast Machines
Our automatic sandblasting cabinet bought nearly 30 years ago, was only replaced after the Tradex 2017 trade show. We actually replaced it with the Futura cabinet we had on our stand. This just proves how good the Goldmann cabinets and dustless units are. We are proud to be the UK distributer for Goldmann machines and spares. They may be a bit more expensive than the rest being built to a specification rather than a budget, but 30 years on we don't think our 'ancient' machine owed us anything!
Goldmann have a variety of dustless systems available along with the fully automatic cabinets.
ABRA Sandblast Machines
We have been using an ABRA Automatic table in our own workshop, since becoming the UK distributer in February 2025. It has since become an integral part of our Memorial Business.
AUTOBLASTER CNC has been designed for fully automatic sandblasting of inscriptions and artwork on stone slabs (e.g. tombstones) and glass surfaces with an electrically controlled sandblaster.
