Memorial Fixings
An anchor is an anchor is an anchor – right? Wrong. Whilst there are many memorial anchoring systems on the market, we think that our systems are a little bit different and offer the mason a little bit more in terms of ease of us and flexibility. Pssst! In our own Memorial Business, we prefer to use our LockDown System...
Universal Solid Peg & Tube
The system is constructed from stainless steel tubing as opposed to a solid bar. This makes it is easier to drive into the ground than a solid rod system as the tube cores the ground instead of compacting it and pushing it aside.
LockDown Systems
Our LockDown System is a completely new concept for fixing lawn-type memorials to a foundation, using a stainless steel fixing to replace the traditional cement joint.
The fixing comprises a tubular, flanged sleeve which fits inside a standard flower container hole. An expansion bolt inserted through a hole in the base of the sleeve locks the memorial down to the foundation.
Bolting Systems
The Flush Bolting system is a second generation bolting system designed to overcome this problem. The system comprises a drilled and tapped stainless steel rod which is resined into the base of the plate so that it is flush with the surface. Whilst the plate is being worked on there is therefore nothing protruding from the bottom surface.
Doweling
All our dowels are 304 any are available in either smooth or threaded form. Threaded dowels give a much better key in the jointing adhesive (cement or resin) but if you use this type of dowel it can be a problem to split the job if you ever need to. o.
